Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Arthur Smith has been linked with each of the six teams with head-coaching vacancies – the Los Angeles Chargers, New York Jets, Jacksonville Jaguars, Detroit Lions, Atlanta Falcons and Houston Texans. Each of the six teams has either requested permission to talk to Smith or plan to ask permission, according to sources.
