Former Indianapolis Colts assistant special teams coordinator Frank Ross was named as the new special teams coordinator for the Houston Texans on Tuesday, Feb. 2. Former Philadelphia Eagles assistant coordinator/defense Dino Vasso was also named as the new secondary coach for the Texans.
