The NBA is setting up for a return and @thebondarbrand is here to talk about what the plan is looking like and what we can expect once the players hit the court!!
What up Mafia. Another week closer to the NBA’s Orlando bubble. We have a few items to go over this week, and let’s take a way too early look at some forwards for the 7/30 slate. The big news this past week is that FanDuel will have LATE SWAP.
The Way Too Early Look at the Forwards for the Thursday NBA Slate on FanDuel
DraftKings has not released players’ prices.
Brandon Ingram (NOP) – I think the Pels will be very popular on the slate since their top players come in cheaper than the “stars.” Ingram had been playing a ton of minutes, topping 35 minutes in four his last five games before the break. At $7.3K, his CASH value is great with this matchup against the Jazz.
Joe Ingles (UTAH) – Ingles is just $5.5K on FD, and with no Bogdanovic, Ingles should see an increased role. His price tag will draw ownership, and he’s a solid CASH option as well. I’d imagine with the high priced studs, Ingles will fit nicely on most lineups.
Royce O’Neale (UTAH) – O’Neale is the other Jazz player who should take on a bigger role without Bogdanovic. Again, this matchup against the paced up Pelicans can benefit almost all the Jazz. He should be starting, and again, the Jazz will draw a bunch of ownership.
Zion Williamson (NOP) – Zion turned heads with his dramatic change from a flabby player to looking like the HULK after weeks of working out during the lockdown. His teammates are in awe of his transformation, and he even worked on his jumper during the timeframe. His price is WAY too cheap, and pairing him with AD will draw the most ownership in this small slate.
NBA news is breaking every day. I will breakdown the Centers and more value options for the first 7/30 slate. Until next time, stay safe.
