What’s going on, Mafia? The sites have some nice contests in the lobbies for tonight’s 10-game NBA DFS slate, so let’s get right into it.

Key Injury News to Watch:
Cleveland Cavaliers – Andre Drummond is questionable with a back injury, and should he miss, Jarrett Allen becomes a solid GPP play (He’s not playing MIN this time though, so don’t need to get crazy with the price increase).
Charlotte Hornets – Terry Rozier is questionable once again, and should he sit out, Graham and LaMelo Ball become amazing options. Also, with PJ Washington out for this game, it should give a minute’s boost to Miles Bridges as they’ll need some size at the 4 to deal with Tobias Harris.
New Orleans Pelicans – Steven Adams is questionable once again, and if he sits out, we know that Jaxson Hayes will draw the start. But the question then becomes how long can he stay out of foul-trouble guarding Ayton? Should Hayes get into foul trouble given the size of Ayton, I think Stan Van Gundy will once again return to Willy Hernangomez to play those minutes, and he’s a strong FPPM producer when he’s on the court.
Key Games:
Houston Rockets @ Oklahoma City Thunder – The Thunder are down to ten players with SGA and George Hill once again out tonight. There really aren’t any true scorers on the team other than Al Horford and Hamidou Diallo. That obviously isn’t a great sign when your defense is bad, but there are only ten of them, so you are likely to get a good game from one of the value options. Maledon showed he could do more in the preseason, and he’ll be the highest owned of the group, but Dort, Kenrich Williams and even Justin Jackson have shown an ability to score the basketball in flashes during their NBA career and would be riskier GPP options. John Wall is out for the Rockets, so that means that Oladipo and Wood are in for higher usage games for as long as the Rockets need them. Eric Gordon also would get a usage bump, but, in a game where the Rockets are big favorites, it’s possible everyone plays 24-28 minutes, and it will take an outlier FPPM game to be GPP winning. BUT if the Thunder somehow keep this close, this game stack will be tough to beat in GPPs.
Boston Celtics @ Sacramento Kings – In the first game without Marcus Smart, the Celtics Big 3 took over in a tight win against the Golden State Warriors. Now, with Kemba Walker out on the back-to-back for rest, an even larger portion of the workload will fall on Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum. Projection systems across the industry are very pessimistic on the Celtics stars, and yes, they are expensive. But the Kings defense is atrocious, and there are no other real scorers on this team. I want to be overweight on them tonight. Jeff Teague and Daniel Theis should play larger roles tonight, and I would imagine that Aaron Nesmith gets off the bench as well, but that would be a 0.1% type play in the largest of large-field tournaments. The Kings, on the other hand, get a depleted Celtics team on a back-to-back, and you have to think Luke Walton sees this as a very winnable game. As such, I expect Fox, Hield, Barnes and Holmes to play huge minutes tonight, and the Celtics defense without Smart isn’t to be feared (as we saw from Curry last night).
San Antonio Spurs @ Minnesota Timberwolves – I only include this game on the list because Russell is questionable, which would make Edwards, Rubio and Malik Beasley great tournament options. Okay, I lied. I included this game because I wanted to remind people that EVERY center has gone bonkers against the Timberwolves without Towns and that no one is playing LaMarcus Aldridge tonight, who is still very talented even if he hasn’t shown it a ton. I’m going to play a cheap Aldridge at low ownership against this Wolves team every time. *See Update Above
