The notes in this summary will be mostly for the early slates, but those are different on DK & FD, so some things may only apply to one site or the other.
If you’re playing the evening slate you’re a degenerate.
DC thinks that Kyler Murray will be “this year’s Patrick Mahomes”. Recording it here so we can shame him in October.
Syndergaard should be the chalk, and DC wants nothing to do with it.
DC likes Gray & Morton. Yelich is OUT for MIL, putting Gray on the radar. Morton is only on the DK early slate.
With Peacock likely to only go 4-5 innings, HOU reliever Ryan Pressly is an off-the-wall move that COULD work in GPP. Pressly hasn’t pitched in several days & DC has him ranked as the best reliever in MLB. Probably a 60-70% chance he gets in the game.
Berrios should be pretty low-owned, but he’s not in the worst spot despite facing HOU.
DC: “Freddy Peralta is awful, I’m actually way more interested in COL today.”
If you like MIL & think they’ll be in the lead after 4-5 innings, you could use Hader. He’ll only pitch if MIL is winning.
Pressly (risky) (reliever)
Hader (risky) (reliever)
ATL is DC’s #1, COL is #2.
ATL likely the chalkiest stack, but they’re also the clear #1.
DC thinks COL will be under the radar, and he likes them a lot.
Position By Position
Players can be played on both sites & in both formats unless otherwise specified. The guys’ favorite plays will be in bold. “Lock-button”-type plays will be in BOLD CAPS. Positions listed are from FD.
