- Rich Hill – Hill is one of my favorite pitchers to use in DFS when healthy. I think he’s the healthiest right now than he will be all year and I’m going to jump all over it tonight as he has a matchup against the Padres. This lineup does scare me some but given the other options and the fact this is in an extremely pitcher-friendly park I’m willing to take a chance here. Hill is by far my favorite pitcher tonight and I think he will be relatively low owned.
- Chris Bassitt – I’m honestly not a big fan of Bassitt but its hard to ignore what he’s done in his first two starts. He always feels a little underpriced on DK where value is getting harder and harder to find. I don’t fear this Pittsburgh team nearly as much with them missing Dickerson. Given his low price tag along with a good pitcher’s park I think Bassitt makes a very good play tonight. I wouldn’t let Pittsburgh’s bats scare you away here.
- Jake Arrieta – If Arrieta was cheaper then Bassit I would be all over him. I think he is the better pitcher and if the Nationals are missing Rendon and Soto he’ll have a better matchup as well. I will have shares of both but its hard for me to recommend spending more for Arrieta in this circumstance.
